  4. Combine Everything:
    Add the roasted poha, fried nuts, and salt to the pan. Mix gently so all ingredients are coated evenly.

  5. Final Touch:
    Sprinkle a pinch of sugar powder (optional) and toss once more.

  6. Cool & Store:
