Do I have to register?
You can browse the shop and add to your trolley without having to register. However, we recommend registering so that you don’t need to keep filling the same details again for your next order. Registration is quick, easy and obligation free.
How do I change my account details?
Addresses and phone number can be changed within your customer profile.

Is there a minimum order delivery?
No. You’re welcome to order anything you like, there is no minimum order.
What are my delivery options?
Your order will be delivered directly to your door. All delivery and tracking information will be supplied to you via email or SMS after we process the order. Courier service delivers to your chosen address on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM (excluding public holidays).
How long will it take for the products to reach me?
If we receive your order before 12 PM, we will process your order same day and if we receive your order after 12 PM, we will process your order next business day.
You will receive your order as per below schedule:
- Gauteng within 1-3 business days.
- All major cities outside of Gauteng within 2-3 business days.
- Regional areas with in 3-5 business days.
How much delivery fee will I need to pay?
- Currently we charge a flat fee of R50 for orders from within main centers of Gauteng.
- Rest of the South Africa as per courier charges, which you will know at the time of checkout.
What if I’m away at the time of delivery?
The courier company will contact you and arrange delivery accordingly.
If you have missed your delivery and incur re-delivery fees, India Bazaar will not be held liable.
What if there is something missing/broken in my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you. Please read our returns policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed for delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking details.

Is it safe to pay by credit or debit card?
Yes, it is. We take security very seriously and ensure that your payments are done through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. None of your credit card details are stored on the website.
Can I pay on delivery?
Unfortunately not. All payments must be completed online.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If the order status is not fulfilled already, then you can contact us to cancel your order and we will gladly arrange for refund. If the items have already shipped, you will have to do so in accordance with our returns policy.
