Shipping policy
Your order will be delivered directly to your door. All delivery and tracking information will be supplied to you via email or SMS or WhatsApp after we process the order. Courier service delivers to your chosen address on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM (excluding public holidays).
You’re welcome to order anything you like, there is no minimum order amount for delivery.
Order processing and delivery timelines:
If we receive your order before 12 PM, we will process your order same day and if we receive your order after 12 PM, we will process your order next business day. If you place your order using Bank Deposit option, we shall process the order only after we receive the funds into our account.
You will receive your order as per below schedule once we process your order:
- Gauteng within 2-4 business days.
- Areas outside of Gauteng within 3-5 business days.

- Gauteng - Based on shipping weight
- R69 for orders up to 20Kg
- R115 for orders between 20.01Kg to 35Kg
- R175 for orders between 35.01Kg to 50Kg
- R250 for orders between 50.01 to 99Kg
- Rest of the South Africa- Based on shipping weight
- R100 for orders up to 10Kg
- R150 for orders between 10.01Kg to 15Kg
- R175 for orders between 15.01Kg to 20Kg
- R200 for orders between 20.01Kg to 25Kg
- R250 for orders between 25.01Kg to 30Kg
- R300 for orders between 30.01Kg to 45Kg
- R400 for orders between 45.01Kg to 60Kg
- R500 for orders between 60.01Kg to 75Kg
- R600 for orders between 75.01Kg to 99Kg
- Please contact us for orders weighing more than 99Kg to arrange for special delivery
If you are away at the time of delivery, the courier company will contact you and arrange for delivery accordingly.
We don't ship outside of South Africa.
