    About the Product

    Dalwada is a very popular traditional snack dish which is prepared throughout India as per different regional sensibilities. Dalwada is prepared from legumes or pulses, which are deep-fried in oil and served with chutney and/ or onions.

    The recipe of Dalwada involves soaking the legumes or pulses for about 2-3 hours before grinding them in wet condition. But with Satvam Dalwada Instant Mix, you can avoid all these procedures, and prepare Dalwada with great ease.

    Dalwada are available as street snack but they are not so much easily available in restaurants. Dalwada are also often prepared in individual homes using Dalwada Instant Mix.


    Green gram flour, Iodized salt, Raising Agent (E500(ii)), Acidity regulator (E330), Turmeric Powder

    How to Use

    • Add 525 ml of water to Satvam Dalwada mix. Mix well to make a batter of dropping consistency. Add ground green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves and garlic to the batter. Mix well and keep it aside for 15 mins.
    • Heat oil in a kadai. Stir the batter vigorously before frying and deep fry Dalwada in oil at a consistent temperature.
    • Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot Satvam Dalwada with onion rings and fried green chillies.
