    About the Product

    This South Indian variant to curry powder is used to make a simple curry gravy that can be used to make vegetable and non-veg curries.


    Coriander, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cumin, Dry Ginger, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Fennel, Turmeric, Cloves, nutmeg, mace, chilli and salt.

    How to Use

    Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry till golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste and saute well. Then add tomatoes. Add Curry Masala powder and cook well. Add 400ml of water, coconut paste and vegetables. Finally add salt. Now delicious curry masala is ready-to-serve.

    This masala can be used to make mutton curry, chicken curry, peas kurma & vegetable peas and potato curry. To prepare any type of above mentioned curries, make a base using a tomato base, vegetable soup base etc, and then add curry masala powder and required chilli powder.
