    Ingredients:
    Red Lentils, Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Cumin, Turmeric, Mustard, Fenugreek, Compounded Asafoetida, Ginger, Salt

    How to Use:

    1. Soak 160g of dhal in 250ml water and pressure cook for 10 minutes (up to 3 whistles). Set aside.

    2. In a heated kadai, add mustard seeds, onions, curry leaves and green chillies.

    3. Add vegetables like drumsticks, tomatoes and brinjal. Sauté lightly.

    4. Stir in Aachi Sambar Powder, coriander leaves and 750ml water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

    5. Add tamarind juice, the cooked dhal and additional coriander. Finish with salt to taste.

    6. Serve hot and enjoy the authentic flavor.
