    Ingredients

    Coriander,chilli,cumin,bay leaves,salt,cinnamon,fennel,black pepper,clove,caraway,dry ginger,star anise,black cardamom,mace,fenugreek,nutmeg,green cardamom.

    How to Use

    • Take vegetables like small brinjals, potatoes, unripe bananas, french beans, sweet potato, yam, broad beans. Cut them into bigger pieces make them fried and keep aside.
    • Take 3 tsp gram flour and 1 tsp wheat flour and make a tight dough by using green fenugreek leaves, red chili powder, coriander powder, bishop seeds, a pinch of turmeric powder, sodium bicarbonate and salt as per taste. Prepare small balls of this dough. Deep fried on slow flame and keep aside.
    • Take 2 - 3 tbsp oil in frying pan, saute 2 - 3 tsp of ginger - garlic - green chili paste and 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes. Now add 2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tbsp Undhiya Masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 tbsp sugar and salt as per taste and cook for 5 min. Add fried veggies, muthiya to this mixture and cook well at least for 15 min by occasional mixing..
    • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and finely sliced coconut. Serve hot with Puri and Jalebi
