Dhokla is extremely special in Gujarat. It is a smooth delicious steam-baked item. Dhoklas are an evening favourite, eaten with the red chilli chutney in oil. With time on your side, you can delight friends & family at tea-time with amazing dhoklas!
The flour is mixed with sour yoghurt and warm water along with spices and ginger garlic paste to prepare white dhoklas at home.

How To Use
- Mix 1 cup of dhokla flour in Water. Add Sugar Powder, Salt, Baking Soda, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder and some Oil.Â
- Add 300ml of lukewarm water and set aside for 20 mins
- Pour it into a pressure cooker and steam
- In a matter of a few minutes, it is ready
