Red Chilli Powder, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Fennel, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Star Anise and Bay Leaf
How to Use
Heat 200ml oil and fry 200g of sliced onion until golden brown. In a vessel, put 500g cleaned chicken or mutton, 2 tbsp ginger galic pasta, 2 tbsp curd, 3 slit green chillies, 3 tbsp of Aachi Hyderabadi Dum Biryani Masala, fried onion, required salt, 1/4 cup of chopped mint and coriander leaves. Mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours. Seperately in a vessel , add 500g of basmati rice and boil until 3/4th done.
heat 3 TBSP of oil and add the marinated chicken or mutton and sautÃ© for 5-10 minutes. In a thick bottom vessel layer, the marinated chicken and rice alternatively. Pour the remaining oil and 50ml of ghee over it. Top it with chopped corinander and mint leaves. (optional: soak a piece of Saffron in 2 Tbsp of milk and spread all over the mixture). Cover the vessel tightly so that steam does not come out. Cook on High heat, for 5 minutes, then place tava or pan beneath the vessel and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Tasty Aachi Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is ready to serve.
