πŸ‘©πŸ³ Instructions

  1. SautΓ© Onions: In a large pot, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sautΓ© until golden brown. Remove half of the onions and set aside for garnish.
  2. Cook Meat: Add the Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste to the pot and sautΓ© for 2 minutes. Add the meat pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  3. Add Spices: Sprinkle the Shan Nihari Curry Masala over the meat. Mix well to coat the meat with the spices.
  4. Simmer: Pour in water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 3–4 hours, or until the meat is tender and the flavors have melded.
  5. Prepare Flour Slurry: In a separate bowl, mix the Pillsbury Chakki Atta Whole Wheat Flour with a little water to make a smooth slurry. Gradually add this to the simmering stew, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for an additional 15–20 minutes until the gravy thickens.
  6. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust salt as needed, using IB Himalaya Salt Fine.
  7. Serve: Ladle the Nihari into bowls. Garnish with the reserved fried onions, chopped cilantro, julienned ginger, and lemon wedges. Serve hot with naan or kulcha.
