    Ingredients:
    Paprika, Red Chili, Salt, Coriander, Muskmelon, Ginger, Allspice, Long Pepper, Black Pepper, Cumin, Clove, Bay Leaf, Garlic, Roasted Chickpea, Carom, Dried Papaya Powder, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Sodium Phosphate, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide

    How to Use:

    1. Combine 1kg minced meat (plus 200g suet), 2–3 tbsp green chilies, 75g finely diced onion (squeezed dry), 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 2 tbsp garlic paste and 1 pack of Shan Seekh Kabab Masala

    2. Pulse in a chopper for 1 minute. Let rest for 2–3 hours

    3. Mix in 2–3 tbsp butter, form small balls and shape around skewers

    4. Grill over low charcoal heat or bake at 275°F, turning until just done. Do not overcook

    BBQ-ready spice. Street-style flavor. Home-cooked ease.
