1. Wheat/Corn/Gram Flour
2. Salt
3. Red Chili
4. Dehydrated Onion
5. Garlic
6. Ginger
7. Bay Leaf
8. Citric Acid
9. Black Cumin
10. Clove
11. Black Pepper
12. Cinnamon
13. Carom
14. Turmeric
15. Maltodextrin
16. Hydrolyzed Soy Protein
17. Cane Sugar
18. Canola Oil
19. Silicon Dioxide
20. Dried Mango Powder
21. Sodium Bicarbonate.

How to Use

1. Mix half cup of water in Shan Lahori Fish Mix and make a smooth batter. Apply on fish.
2. Deep fry fish until golden and crisp.
