Shipping Policy
At IndiaBazaar, we make grocery shopping convenient by delivering your order directly to your chosen address.
Once your order has been processed, we will provide your delivery and tracking information via email, SMS and/or WhatsApp, where applicable.
Our courier partners generally deliver on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during business days.
- Orders received before 12:00 PM will normally be processed on the same business day.
- Orders received after 12:00 PM will normally be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed using the Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer payment option will only be processed once the payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner, the applicable delivery timeframe will begin.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, peak periods, incorrect/incomplete addresses or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Areas & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently deliver within South Africa.
Estimated delivery times after order processing are generally:
- Local: approximately 1-2 business days
- Main: approximately 2–4 business days
- Regional: approximately 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address and courier service availability.
The applicable shipping zone for your address will be determined during checkout.
Shipping Fees
Our shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping zone, total shipping weight and, where applicable, order value.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Orders Above 90 kg
For orders exceeding the weight ranges listed above, please contact us before placing your order so that we can assist with arranging the most suitable delivery option.
Special delivery arrangements may be required for particularly large or heavy orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you can easily track your delivery using our IndiaBazaar Order Tracking page.
Please keep your order number and tracking details available when checking the status of your delivery.
Delivery to Your Address
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
- House/unit number
- Street name
- Suburb
- City/Town
- Province
- Postal code
- Contact telephone number
If the courier is unable to complete delivery because the address or contact details are incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
If You Are Not Available
If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, the courier company may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time or make another delivery attempt.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order where possible.
Important Delivery Information
While we work with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, IndiaBazaar cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High-volume periods
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Areas with limited courier access
- Circumstances outside our control
We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Minimum Order
The minimum order value at IndiaBazaar is R150.
Orders below R150 cannot be placed. You can add your favourite groceries and essentials to your cart until your order reaches the minimum required value.
Delivery Restrictions
IndiaBazaar currently delivers within South Africa only.
We do not currently offer delivery outside South Africa.
