Falooda is a cold dessert popular in the Indian subcontinent. Traditionally it is made by mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, sweet basil (sabja) seeds, and pieces of jelly with milk, often topped off with a scoop of ice cream.
How to make it:
In 500ml milk, add 100ml water and 100g of Falooda Mix. Boil the contents for 10-15 minutes until the mixture becomes thick. Let it cool. Refrigerate to chill & Falooda is ready to serve. To make it more delicious top with ice cream or jelly.
