Ingredients

1. Salt
2. Red Chili
3. Turmeric
4. Fenugreek Seed
5. Garlic
6. Ginger
7. Cumin
8. Coriander
9. Cinnamon
10. Black Pepper
11. Acid: Citric Acid
12. Fenugreek Leaves
13. Carom
14. Clove
15. Maltodextrin
16. Hydrolyzed Soy Protein
17. Cane Sugar
18. Canola Oil
19. Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide

How to Use

1. In hot oil fry the onions for few minutes. Add tomatoes and fry for few minutes.
2. Add vegetables, Shan Vegetable Masala Mix and fry for few minutes. Stir and add desired quantity of water if necessary. Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
