2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) or heat a heavy-bottomed skillet on the stovetop.

Toss the sweet potato cubes in 1.5 tbsp melted ghee, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
2. Roast or Pan-Fry

Oven method: Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

Stovetop method: Heat a pan, add remaining ghee and cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add the coated sweet potatoes. Cook on medium heat until golden and crisp (about 20 mins), stirring occasionally.
3. Finish & Serve

Sprinkle chaat masala and chopped coriander.

Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
