Farm Fresh Blended Ghee is produced in South African, offering good value for everyday use. It is free from salt and therefore Ideal for everyday frying, cooking, baking and usual religious practices where ghee is required.
I only bought it to use for chappathis and parathas, Indian cooking. The other day I ran out of oil for my bread machine, and googled and used this instead of butter, which is quite difficult to get in Butterworth. The bread came out perfectly. It is also so easy to weigh because it's always soft. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Good blend at a reasonable cost
It's a good price for a blend and 1.5kg is a great value.
