Easy,peasy, buttery squeezy
I only bought it to use for chappathis and parathas, Indian cooking. The other day I ran out of oil for my bread machine, and googled and used this instead of butter, which is quite difficult to get in Butterworth. The bread came out perfectly. It is also so easy to weigh because it's always soft. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
