Refined wheat flour (72%), sugar, vegetable fat (contains one of more of palm oil, cotton seed oil or sesame oil), semolina (sheat), yeast, inverts syrup, salt, Cardamon (0.2%), wheat fibre, mono glyceride of fatty acid (emulsifier E471), fungal alpha amylase (enzyme), ascorbic acid (antioxidant E300)
