Ramji Damodar Plain Rice Papad is crispy and crunchy and absorbs less oil compared to another available papad.
Ingredients
Rice Flour, Green Chilli, Cumin, Aniseed, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Cottonseed Oil.
How to Use
Deep Fry : Heat oil in a large deep pan or wok. To test oil, drop a piece of rice cracker in to the oil. If it starts to expand and bubble, the oil is hot enough. Gently drop the rice cracker one at a time, holding under the oil with tongs. Take rice crackers within 3-4 seconds. Place rice cracker out and drain excess oil. Then serve.
Grill / BBQ : Place rice crackers under hot grill. Cook until rice crackers turn golden colour.
Microwave : Lightly brush one side of a rice cracker with low fat oil. Place rice cracker on a paper towel, then microwave for approximately 20 - 30 seconds.Open Flame : Roast rice cracker one at a time over low gas flame. Turn rice cracker frequently using tongs.
