Ingredients
- Matta Rice.
How to Use
- Roast the rice flakes (Aval) for 10 minutes on low flame without oil, till it becomes crispy ( or you can oven heat it on 100% power for 3 minutes).
- Melt jaggery in necessary water.
- Add cardamom powder, cashew nuts, grated coconuts and raisins.
- Stir well for a few minutes. add Aval into it and mix well.
- Your Aval roast is ready.
