Triphala is a powerful herbal remedy that consists of Haritaki, Bibhitaki and amla. It is used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to prevent disease and treat a number of symptoms, including constipation and inflammation.

Ingredients
Each 100g of powder consists of the following:
Fruit of Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula) - 33.34g
Fruit of Amla (Phyllanthus Emblica) - 33.34g
Fruit of Bahera (
Terminalia Bellirica) - 33.34g
How to Use
Make a decoction (as you make tea) by mixing 1 or 2 teaspoons of powder with 250 ml of warm water.
Use this daily before meals.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark and dry place.

This product is packaged and/or stored in a facility that also processes products containing wheat, nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, shellfish, soy, sulphite, fish and molluscs. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.
