How to Use
Cooking Recipe - • Cook 3 tbsps. Of tuvar dal in 2 1/2 cups of water till 3-4 whistles in a pressure cooker. • Heat 2tbsps.of oil in a thick-bottom vessel, add half a tsp. Of mustard seeds, two broken red chillies and 5-6 curry leaves. • When the seeds crackle, add 1 diced carrot, hundred grams of diced pumpkin, 2 onions, cut in to quarters and one drumstick cut in two inch pieces. saute on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. • Add 3 tbsps of KSM and saute for another half a minute. • Add salt, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 min. or till the vegetables are cooked thoroughly. • Add 4 tbsps. of tamarind pulp, stir and continue to cook for two more minutes. Serve hot, garnished with one tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
