Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) or Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica) is a herb that is used in Ayurveda to support the brain. There have been several modern controlled studies of the herb that have found positive effects. The herb suits all doshas but is especially good at balancing Pitta and Vata unbalances. Ingredients
100g Organic Brahmi Gotu Kola leaf powder.
Instructions
1/2 teaspoon (approx. 2.5g), twice daily. Take it with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple bio booster recommended below:
1 or ½ teaspoon organic ghee 1 or ½ glass of warm organic milk (almond / soy milk is just as good) 1 cream jaggery or cane sugar
The dosing instructions should not be exceeded. The product should also not be used as an alternative to a varied diet or medication.
Storage
This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
